The typical inspection takes approximately 3-4 hours. The length of the inspection is dependent on the size and condition of the home.

Is further consultation available with the inspector after the inspection?

We pride ourselves in being there for our clients before, during and after the inspection. We are always available to answer any question that may arise after the inspection is completed. There is always someone that will be on the other end of the phone, if needed we can also meet the client at the home if there are additional questions that can’t be answered via the phone or email.

Should I attend the home inspection?

Absolutely! We welcome our clients to follow us around the home during the inspection. We have found that this really helps our clients understand the condition of various systems. At the end of the inspection the inspector will discuss their findings with the client.
