About Us:
With over 25 years of engineering experience we have been involved in many building projects. Our experience in the design of building structures, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems has provided us with knowledge that is unparalleled in the industry. Our inspectors have engineering degrees and have been involved with building management and maintenance.
We are license, insured and conduct our inspections in accordance with the New York State Real Property Law, article 12-b.
